Built by a construction team, for construction teams.
Progress Portals is the communication layer between builders and everyone else who cares about the project.
Every construction project generates thousands of photos, videos, and documents. Most of them never reach the people who need to see them. We built Progress Portals to change that — to give construction teams a simple, branded way to show stakeholders what's happening on site, on demand, without another login.
The problem we kept seeing
Site teams take incredible documentation. Drone flyovers, 360 captures, progress photos, time-lapses. And then most of it lives on a server, gets emailed as a PDF, or disappears into a cloud folder no stakeholder ever opens.
Meanwhile, owners, architects, engineers, and consultants are stuck waiting for weekly updates, chasing down photos, and trying to piece together what the site looks like this week from scattered links and inconsistent reports.
We built Progress Portals because construction teams deserve a way to share what they've already captured — branded, organized, and available on a single shareable link. No apps to download. No logins for viewers. Just your project, looking like your project, ready to show anyone.
Principles we build on
Four commitments that shape every decision we make about the platform.
Canadian by design
All data stored in AWS Montreal (ca-central-1). Full Canadian data residency for regulated industries, public sector, and privacy-conscious clients. Your project files never leave the region.
White-label first
Your brand, not ours. Custom logos, colors, and custom domains on every portal. When your clients look at a portal, they see your identity. We stay invisible unless you want us there.
Built for construction
Not a generic project management tool repurposed. Purpose-built for the capture, documentation, and stakeholder-delivery workflow of construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
Privacy-respecting
No tracking pixels on portal views. No analytics scripts fingerprinting stakeholders. Viewers don't need accounts. Share links are unguessable. The fewest moving parts that can do the job.
