Your card is automatically charged for the first month. We send you a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Seat additions are charged immediately on a prorated basis. Seat removals take effect immediately and apply to your next invoice. Starter is fixed at 2 seats.
Team members log into the dashboard to create and edit project content. Portal viewers are external stakeholders who view the shared portal link. Portal viewers are unlimited and free on all plans.
You have a 3-day grace period to update your card. After that, your account becomes read-only until you fix the issue. Your data is never deleted during a billing problem.
Your data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure in the United States and Canada. Application data (accounts and project details) is hosted in AWS Oregon; project files (imagery, panoramas, and documents) are stored in AWS Montreal. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers can request dedicated hosting in a specific region; contact us to discuss requirements.
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Contact us if you would like to discuss annual or multi-year agreements for Enterprise plans.
Drone map processing is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Per-job billing based on job size is coming soon and will be charged in addition to your subscription. Hosting and viewing processed maps in your portals is included on all plans.
